<\/span>Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente r\u00e9gissent les relations entre l\u2019Association La Franche Touche et toute personne physique ou morale souhaitant participer \u00e0 notre rallye touristique annuel en achetant un billet de participation sur notre site internet. <\/em><\/p>\n

2. Description du service<\/strong>
2.1. Notre association organise un rallye touristique annuel ax\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9couverte du ptrimoine, offrant aux participants une exp\u00e9rience enrichissante et divertissante \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9preuves et activit\u00e9s. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. Les billets de participation au rallye sont vendus exclusivement sur notre site internet. <\/em><\/p>\n

2.3 Quel que soit le pack achet\u00e9 par le participant, des frais de service de 3 euros sont inclus \u00e0 ce dernier. <\/em><\/p>\n

2.4 Pour s\u2019inscrire au rallye touristique, il faut pouvoir justifier d\u2019y participer avec un v\u00e9hicule qui rentre dans les crit\u00e8res suivants :
– Moto et deux roues d\u2019une cylindr\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 125cm3 ou \u00e0 caract\u00e8re historique. – Voiture ancienne (avant 1980)
– Youngtimer \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sportif, historique ou atypique (1980 – 2000)
– Sportive r\u00e9cente (type Clio RS, Toyota Supra, Alpine, Golf R…)
– Supercar
– Hypercar
– Voiture pr\u00e9par\u00e9e (kit large de pr\u00e9parateur, pr\u00e9pa drift…)
– GT ou berline de luxe (type Maserati Granturismo ou Bentley Continetal GT)
– Ultral\u00e9g\u00e8re (type Catheram ou Lotus) – Vehicule \u00e0 caract\u00e8re atypique (Morgan Three Wheeler, v\u00e9hicule militaire, Hummer…)
– Tout v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 caract\u00e8re exceptionnel ou rare qui, selon les organisateurs de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, remplit les conditions pour s\u2019inscrire. <\/em><\/p>\n

3. Commandes<\/strong>
<\/span>3.1. Pour acheter un billet de participation, le participant doit remplir le formulaire de commande disponible sur notre site internet et proc\u00e9der au paiement en ligne. <\/em><\/p>\n

3.2. Toute commande implique l\u2019acceptation sans r\u00e9serve des pr\u00e9sentes CGV. <\/em><\/p>\n

3.3. Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de refuser toute commande pour des motifs l\u00e9gitimes, notamment en cas de non-respect des pr\u00e9sentes CGV ou de suspicion de fraude. <\/em><\/p>\n

4. Prix et Paiement<\/strong>
4.1. Les prix des billets de participation sont indiqu\u00e9s en euros et toutes taxes comprises (TTC). <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. Le paiement s\u2019effectue en ligne par carte bancaire ou tout autre moyen de paiement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 accept\u00e9 sur notre site internet. <\/em><\/p>\n

4.3. La commande ne sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme valid\u00e9e qu\u2019apr\u00e8s confirmation du paiement. <\/em><\/p>\n

5. Livraison<\/strong>
5.1. Les billets de participation sont d\u00e9livr\u00e9s sous forme \u00e9lectronique, par voie de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement ou par email, apr\u00e8s validation de la commande et confirmation du paiement. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

5.2. Aucune livraison physique n\u2019est effectu\u00e9e. <\/em><\/p>\n

6. Droit de refus et de remboursement<\/strong>
6.1. Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de refuser la participation d\u2019un participant au rallye touristique pour des motifs l\u00e9gitimes, notamment en cas de non-respect des r\u00e8gles de participation ou de comportement inappropri\u00e9. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

6.2. En cas de refus de participation, nous nous engageons \u00e0 rembourser le montant du billet de participation, minor\u00e9 de la valeur des frais de service, dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable. <\/em><\/p>\n

6.3. Le remboursement sera effectu\u00e9 par le m\u00eame moyen de paiement que celui utilis\u00e9 lors de la commande, sauf accord contraire entre les parties.<\/em><\/p>\n

Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLate or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
